I’m getting married in 2008! Help!

Finally some results

I have been working out regularly for the past month trying to slim down for my wedding. I have been on the cross trainer for 30 mins 4-5 times a week and I do 200 sit ups 4 times a week too. I’ve been trying to eat more sensibly, less sugar & wheat, more fruit and veg. Yesterday I weighed myself on the scales and I weigh the same as I did before I went to New York which is about 7st and 3lbs, after New York I was nearly 7 & half stone. So I’ve lost some weight which is terrific cos I must be doing something right.

Although I have lost some weight, my thighs still look the same size but my arms are smaller and my waist too. I have less “love handles” too which is fantastic cos I hate them. I just have to keep up with the routine and in no time I will have a physique like Jessica Alba which is perfect timing for summer as I can show off my slick toned body, don’t think hunny will be too pleased about that though. He has noticed that I have lost weight too but he doesn’t want me to get too skinny.

Hopefully next month I’ll have lost some more weight and I’ll write more about my success or failure to slim down for my wedding
