Planning My 25th Birthday Celebrations

I’m turning 25 on July 25th and I’m planning on celebrating this big occasion by having dinner with all my nearest and dearest in Nottingham. I usually have most of my birthday celebrations in Birmingham but as I’m going to be moving to Nottingham next year, I might aswell have my big birthday dinner there plus its quite a good location as I have people coming from Leeds, Leicester and Birmingham, plus I’ll already be in Nottingham that day and the Birthday Girl shouldn’t really have to travel on her birthday does she?
I have chosen Fat Cat restaurant/bar for my dinner. Hopefully I’ll be able to book the tables upstairs cos its alot cosier there. Food is always nice there and reasonably priced so I doubt people will be complaining. I’m not too sure what the plans are after dinner, probably off to a nice bar somewhere. I don’t want to get drunk so its Dave’s responsibility to make sure people don’t plaster your fiancee with drinks cos you’re going to have to carry me up 3 or is it 4 flights of stairs to your apartment.
I’m really looking forward to seeing all my friends as lately everyone has been busy doing there own thing and had no time to meet up. Its a shame that its only really birthday’s and weddings that bring us all together. So far I have about 25 confirmed guests and 3 unconfirmed. Thats quite alot of people. I hope they don’t think they all need to buy the Birthday Girl a drink otherwise I’m f****d LOL
