So I ended up buying 3 dresses for the wedding season, 2 from ASOS and the other from Zara.

£18.00 - Yes thats right, only £18, what a bargain huh? Such a good buy that my best mate has ended up buying the same dress too. I’m not mad that shes copying my style, its actually a complement. I have actually worn it to a family celebration last week. I only took a few pics and not any full length ones.

Blue Pleat Neck Detail Dress

It fits just like it does in the picture but the dress hangs longer on me, probably as I’m only 5ft and the model is 5ft 8″ or something like that. Oh and by the way if anyone shops at ASOS - I found a code for free delivery at ASOS which expires at the end of this April 2009 which is STYLE09

Zara corsage dress

This is the dress I bought from Zara, I took the picture whislt in the changing room. Its a really feminine dress, very girly and not like any of the other dresses in my wardrobe. I have to admit, its not a very good picture but it does look gorgeous on.

Now all I have to do is find the right shoes………….

the ASOS dress is gorgeus, which size did you buy?
I was wondering whether I should take a size 6 or 8, i am 5′5 and slim.

Hi Yen,

I got the dress in a size 8. I would say I’m between an 6 and 8 too. It’s not too figure hugging so you could probably get away with a size 6 if you want it to skim your body though I’m not sure how big the difference is between a 6 or 8
