Slimming down for my wedding

These past 3 weeks I have working out on my cross trainer at home for about 25 mins 4-5 times a week in a bid to slim down to a UK size 6 before my wedding. I don’t think I eat alot for a woman at my size. I’m 5ft and I weigh just over 7 stone, the last time I weighed myself must have been 2 months ago but my scales have broke so I’m not too sure exactly how much I weigh. I’m currently in between a size 6 and size 8 in clothes but I do think I have alot of toning up to do.
My aim is to burn at least 300 calories everytime I go on the cross trainer. I have breakfast at 11am, yes I know I get up late but I work in a takeaway so late nights and late starts. Then I have a smallish dinner at the takeaway. I try not to drink any more caffiene at work unless I really need it. Then at about 9-10pm I have some snacks. Thats all I eat every day until monday, tuesday and wedsnesday comes when I eat a little bit more cos I’m with my fiancee and we usually go out to eat.
I have noticed abit of change but I understand that the weight won’t drop off that fast so I guess I have to weight.
Oh I also do about 200 sit ups a day to try and get like Jessica Alba who has the perfect body in my opinion. Tanned and toned. Hotness
